Terms & Condition

1.Prices are non-negotiable
2.Postage fees are not included in prices shown
3.Payment to be made upon confirmation & goods to be delivered on the following working day once payment is received
4.Reservations will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received in within 2 days upon confirmation
5.Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable
6.Only items with SIZES are exchangeable; applicable if items sold are in good condition and unused
7.T&C No.5 - Exchange of item only valid for 2 days upon receiving. Items to be sent back to us the next day once we received your call & Closet Story will not pay for postage of exchanging items.
8.Closet Story will not be responsible for any loss or damages during delivery process.
9.Colors may be different in photos due to different monitor settings & lightings
10. Buyers shall inform us once item(s) received.

Buying & Payment Procedure

1. E-mail (closetstory@gmail.com) or SMS ( 012 2 361 861 ) us the Item No. of your choice to check on availability.
2. MSN - closetstory@live.com
3. If item is available, we will e-mail you our bank account details for payment purposes.
4. You can make payment via Maybank Cash Deposit, Direct Transfer or Maybank2u. Do let us know your method of payment.
5. Once payment is made, e-mail us the transaction details & receiver's adress & name.
6. Item will be sent via post laju once payment is received.
7. COD can be arranged on certain areas only, according to our convenience. Free COD for USJ Taipan.

Delivery & COD Schedule

1. Goodies will be sent via poslaju to the address provided by buyers once payment is received.
2. Postage will be bare by buyers -
WM -RM6 (1-2pcs) RM7 (3-4pcs)
Additional RM1 / pc
EM - RM9 (1-2pcs) RM11 (3-4pcs)
Addtional RM2 / pc
*Depending on weight, you might be required to pay extra first, and we will transfer back the remaining balance to you :)
3. Upon receiving of goods, kindly inform us.
4. COD can be arranged in certain areas according to our convenience :- with Petrol fees
